Rocco Spano

Rocco is always seeking to be at the leading edge of both knowing and doing. A finance expert and wealth management professional for over 23 years, Rocco is the Managing Director and founder of Enable Finance Group. He has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications. He is also a multi-award winning and accredited MFAA Finance Broker. Much of his practical experience has been acquired over more than a decade in executive lending and wealth management positions in Australia’s largest banking corporations. He now brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to lead his team of industry experts in delivering a truly boutique customer experience like no other.

Rocco loves spending time with his wife and three young sons. Canadian born, he is proud to call Australia home and has enthusiastically embraced life as a Melburnian. And as a true Melburnian, he loves footy and his beloved Essendon Bombers, food and wine festivals and the Spring Racing Carnival. He also enjoys riding around the countryside on his Royal Enfield motorcycle, water and downhill skiing, coaching his sons in soccer, travelling and the great outdoors. 

Kit Spano

Kit captures the big picture and fine-tunes the formula for developing efficient company practices and exceptional client experiences.

As Business Manager, Kit leverages her extensive knowledge of the lenders processes to ensure that client effort remains low while client experience remains high. She brings 25 years of practical experience gained in retail banking, legal, and consumer insurance industries. With a scope of expertise spanning operational management, client experience and sales leadership within some of Australia's most renowned companies, Kit excels at creating enduring client partnerships through regular engagement. Maintaining productive stakeholder and client relationships are among Kit’s pillars of success so you can be sure that once the initial finance is completed that this is not the end of the relationship. Her ongoing commitment and collaboration ensures that our finance solutions are always at the forefront of our clients changing needs and objectives.

Family, travel and food are Kit's life passions with husband, Rocco and their three young boys keeping life full and happy. With WA as her state of origin, somewhere along the way Rocco has managed to convert Kit to an avid Essendon Bombers supporter. She patiently awaits the coveted next grand final win.
